I think that in nowadays, everyone has to set a goal, has to set some rules, some guidelines to follow, or try to follow them, because our lives depends on them. You have to set an alarm to wake up in the morning, you have to set a calendar to remember that you must meet with “somebody”, set a reminder to pick some milk for you children, on your way home, and so on.
Our daily basis, starts with a “Yes, I can do it! There is nothing to stop me”. If you’re not setting a personal goal, you’re not able to make it happen.
